I prefer a-1.
But, "NIPPON" should be replaced by better words that explains our mission

In my view, the d- and e-rows look cool but too "serious"/corporate.

I like powerful logos, so I would go for c-1 and a-3..

Nice rendering.
I like the red & black contrast. It stands out and is good to promote Japan :-).
